我哋係一班本地中學生，係2021年度香港特別行政區傑出學生聯會舉辦的—《港傑·港未來》（Hong Kong Future Pioneers）的參加者。今年活動主題為「文化曙光：再發現文化美」，旨在讓參加者探討香港傳統文化之美，以及讓我們通過社會實踐計劃，提升公眾對於有關議題的關注。

我哋以「涼•果研系」為題，宣傳涼果呢種香港🇭🇰傳統小食，希望能夠令更多年輕人甚至外國人認識多啲關於涼果嘅知識，例如係涼果嘅製作方法、效用等等。令更多人認識售賣涼果的本土文化！呢個網站主要會提供不同涼果嘅資料，大家亦都可以follow我哋嘅instagram page認識更多涼果知識。 記住去附近嘅涼果老店搵吓我哋嘅蹤影啦！

Get to know Loeng Gwo Lab, a project held by a group of local senior secondary students from Hong Kong Future Pioneers (HKFP) 2021. Hong Kong Future Pioneers (HKFP) is organised by Hong Kong Special Administrative Outstanding Student Union's since 2003 for local senior secondary students. With the programme theme in 2021 “Cultural Aurora: Rediscovering the Beauty in our Culture”, HKFP provides a platform for participants to express, share and contribute their views in Hong Kong traditional local culture.
