老闆娘由車仔檔搬入商場的舖位，係葵廣已經有20年！當初因為先生都從事涼果行業，而且涼果夠大眾化，所以就有左裕興隆嘅誕生！老闆娘認為經營涼果店最大困難係時間成本高，需要犧牲陪伴家人的時間去經營店舖，例如許多事都要親力親為，以求養活家庭。雖然如此，令老闆娘最滿足係同顧客培養深厚感情，尤其係有啲客人由細睇到大，之後仲帶住仔女幫襯，見證幾代人的成長和傳承 ，而且仲會新年初一齊團聚。

 

店舖客源廣泛，由年輕人到中年人都有，甚至有下屬為上司買涼果。老闆娘亦有提到涼果都係生果嘅替代品，更方便又提神，係工作必備啊。再者相比於一般連鎖店，裕興隆涼果薄利多銷，所以可以keep 住新鮮；老闆娘為人熱心，會按顧客個人需要提出建議，例如喉嚨唔舒服就會介紹食柑桔，同埋飲多啲熱水，會關心客人；最重要係價錢實惠，堅持不加價，只求維持開支而非賺錢，希望街坊都能食得開心😃而店內受歡迎嘅產品之一係芒果乾，新鮮夾抵食🤪仲諗？快啲嚟睇吓啦🤟🏻

 

A new round of grocers sharing presented by loenggwolab is coming! Before, we have introduced loenggwodim(涼果掂), Lemon King(檸檬王) and sweetkids(甜孫). This time, we are going to share a shop in Kwai 

 

The shop owner relocated his business from a mobile stall to a shop inside Kwai Chung Plaza 20 years ago. In the beginning, since the shop owner’s husband also engaged in the pickled fruits industry and pickled fruits were popular at that time, they started the brand, Yu Hing Lung(裕興隆). The owner thinks that the biggest difficulty  to run a pickled fruit store is that the time cost is high, she needs to give up her time spending with her family to run the business. She has to do a lot of work by herself alone so as to earn a living. Nevertheless , the most satisfying of operating this shop

 

The shop has a wide range of customers, including both youngsters and middle-aged people. Sometimes, there are subordinates buying pickled fruits for their boss. The shop owner also mentioned that pickled fruits are the substitute of fruits. It can help refreshing and it is a must-have item for work. In addition, comparing to some retail shops, Yu Hing Lung(裕興隆) sell their products by adopting a strategy which is to sell high volume with low profit margin. It helps keep their products fresh. The owner is a warm-hearted person, she will give advice based on the personal needs of the customer, for example if the customer has a sore throat, the owner will suggest him to eat kumquat and drink more warm water. Furthermore, the most important thing is that they sell pickled fruits at a reasonable price. They insist on not increasing the price of their products.
