老闆同我地講已經開左業3年，喺4個月前由街市搬左去一個唔太起眼嘅小鋪位。老闆同我地講依家仲會買涼果大多數都係一啲上左年紀👵🏻🧓🏻嘅人，大部分都係熟客，得返好少年輕人會去幫襯佢地買涼果。雖然呢間鋪頭唔係淨係得涼果賣，但係老闆都將涼果放左係鋪頭中間嘅一啲當眼處，希望可以吸引更多嘅客人嚟買。涼果嘅味道容易變，顏色嘅深淺都會受季節🍂🍃而有所不同，較容易變壞。如果係無受潮嘅情況下，涼果嘅保存期限係兩年。

老闆最推薦嘅涼果係紅梅肉❤️，呢種涼果嘅味道相對話梅就無咁持久，對於年輕人嚟講會比較易接受同入口👅老闆仲同我地介紹左一款香港依家已經買少見少嘅涼果，佢個名就叫做仁稔。仁稔口感爽脆，味道係甜嘅，平時可以攞嚟整醬料同埋蒸魚🐟。大家如果得閒經過大埔中心果頭，都可以去買嚟試下啊！

This shop is located in Tai Po, which has already been open for 3 years. The shop relocated from the market to Tai Yuen Shopping Centre in March. We have done a simple interview with the shop owner. She told us that the people who are still buying loeng gwo are mostly elderly👵🏼🧓🏼. The relationship between customers and the shop owner is close👥. Only a few teenagers would like to buy loeng gwo from their shop. The shop is not only selling loeng gwo, but also some snacks which are more popular among teenagers . The owner still places the loeng gwo at the most eye-catching area in the shop. She hopes it can attract more customers to buy loeng gwo. The tastes and colors of loeng gwo are easy to change with season🔥🌡☃️. Therefore, loeng gwo is easy to get worse. In a dry condition, it can be stored for up to 2 years.

The shop owner most recommended us to try red plum(紅梅肉). The taste of red plum is not heavy as dried sweet plum (話梅) ,which is more acceptable by youngsters. She also introduced another rare loeng gwo to us -- Yanmin(仁稔). It has a crispy texture and tastes sweet. Yanmin can be used in sauce and added as a seasoning in Chinese steamed fish🐟. If you walk near Tai Yuen Shopping Centre, you are welcome to walk in this shop and try some loeng gwo here😚.
