加應子能促進胃酸和胃消化酶的分泌,有增加腸胃蠕動的作用,因而食用加應子能夠促進消化,增加食慾,是胃酸缺乏、食後飽脹、大便秘結者的食療良品。

      《本草綱目》記載李性微溫,味苦、酸,能調中、除浮腫,促進胃酸同埋胃消化酶嘅分泌, 有增加腸胃蠕動嘅作用, 所以食用加應子能夠促進消化, 增加食欲, 係胃酸缺乏、食後飽脹、大便秘結者的食療良品。

    • 禁忌

      多食傷脾胃,過量食用易引起胃痛,潰瘍病及急、慢性胃腸炎患者忌吃或少吃。

    • 起源

       1958年,福州蜜餞廠根據國外“西梅”樣品,以地方產的芙蓉李乾和白砂糖為原料,以名貴中藥作調香劑,採用真空濃縮熬煮,常壓調製,多次滲糖,多道調味串香而成。
